To have your business thrive, you need more than a business concept and deciding your revenue model. You must communicate your customers’ needs at every opportunity with a strong brand and a marketing plan. I encourage start-ups to create a basic marketing plan (a template is included) that makes you agile and find opportunities.

Before you start marketing, know you ideal customer and create a key message based on what your customer wants to know about your service. A big part of marketing is being at the places where potential customers are expecting to find you. Download the PDF.
